Thank You for Year One
To my readers,
I am so honored to share that today marks the one-year anniversary since I created Beyond the Game. In the last 365 days, you all have been at the core of the messages I write, experiences I share, and lessons I value. So, thank you.
The Beyond the Game platform was created to serve as a resource for student-athletes of all ages struggling with identity, purpose, injury, transition, or any other difficulty that comes with such a demanding title. I took a risk launching this, but the feedback I have received, emotions I have drawn out, stories I have heard, and lives I have touched has made it one of the best decisions I could have made. That is truly why BTG exists—because of you.
Over the last year, this little platform has reached:
· 369 site visits
· 221 people reached
· 5 blog posts published
As I look ahead to this next year, there are few things I’m excited to continue building:
· Writing meaningful blogs that resonate
· Launch the first BTG project
· Grow this community to 30 subscribers
Most importantly, I hope to keep creating content that reminds people they are not alone in what they’re experiencing.
Whether you’ve been here since day one or just recently found Beyond the Game, thank you for reading, supporting, sharing, and believing in this mission.
Here’s to year two!
